Eleanor founded Laurel Ridge in 2011 after fifteen years at Corcoran in the city. Licensed in NY since 2002. Specializes in historic properties and land with conservation easements.
Marcus joined as partner in 2016 after running his own brokerage in the Berkshires. Works primarily with second-home buyers from New York and Boston. Specializes in contemporary architecture.
Sasha joined in 2019 from a Brooklyn-based developer. Represents rural land, farmhouses, and owner-builder projects. Fluent in Polish and Spanish.
We have sold a house on nearly every street in Rhinebeck and Kingston. We know the wells that go dry in August, the easements that lapse in 2031, and the zoning boards that meet on the first Tuesday of the month.
